Error: MAPISP32 fault ... due to damaged Outbox message.
Error:
MAPISP32 fault.
Cause:
The Outbox contains a message that is damaged or has a damaged address. The MAPI spooler attempts to send the damaged message when Exchange is started. The message will remain in the Outbox if Exchange shuts down before it is sent.
Solution:
Clear 'Enable Incoming Mail' and 'Outgoing Mail' on the 'Mail and Fax Delivery' tabbed page. Delete the message from the Outbox. Double-click the 'Mail and Fax' icon and select 'Enable Incoming' and 'Outgoing' mail.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu and select 'Settings'.
2) Select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)

3) Double-click 'Mail and Fax'. (The 'Microsoft Exchange' dialog box appears.)

4) Double-click on 'Microsoft Mail'. (The 'Exchange Profile' dialog box appears.)
5) Select the 'Delivery' tab.
6) Clear 'Enable Incoming Mail Delivery'.
7) Click 'OK' twice.
8) Double-click the 'Inbox' icon from the desktop to start Microsoft Exchange.

9) Double-click the 'Outbox' folder.

10) Select the damaged message.
11) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Delete'.
12) Create a new message.
13) Repeat steps 1) to 5).
14) Click 'Enable Incoming Mail Delivery' and 'Enable Outgoing Mail Delivery'.
15) Click 'OK' twice.
16) Exit 'Microsoft Exchange'.
17) Restart 'Microsoft Exchange'.
